Judges on DC Circuit Court of Appeals hear arguments about whether former President Donald Trump’s has presidential immunity from prosecution related to the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Many news articles on today’s case describe the judges as “skeptical” of the total presidential immunity claim.
