President Joe Biden makes his first, big reelection campaign speech of the new year, on the themes of freedom and threats to democracy. He spoke near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, where Gen. Washington camped through the winter during the Revolutionary War, on day before the third anniversary of the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
